Support Process
Upon submission of the form below, you will receive support within 48 hours. We will email or call you initially to schedule a date and time to work together on the requested issue. Screensharing of the Hubitat Elevation® platform is usually necessary, and for this we will be using TeamViewer. You will need to install TeamViewer on the PC or Mac of your choice and then provide us with the one-time code to access your screen only for the duration of our support call.

We don’t provide any guarantee that we can solve your specific issue since the range of smart home configurations is wide and vast, however, we will commit our best effort and the maximum allowable time to doing so.
No refunds will be provided under any circumstance, including our inability to solve your specific issue and choosing the incorrect support option (standard vs custom).
In the event that you choose standard support and your actually needs require custom support, you agree to allow us to charge your same payment method for the remaining balance for the custom support option.
As we are not affiliated, associated, nor sponsored by Hubitat, Inc., we do not have the ability to fix, report, or troubleshoot any software bugs or issues with built-in Hubitat® apps, devices, or Hubitat Elevation® platform.
You agree to not hold us, Hubitat® Support, liable for any costs arising from labor, replacement hardware, or any other possible cost as a result of our support services.
